The most difficult task is to make everybody happy… the simplest task is to be happy with everyone. The purpose is the same. A typical WhatsApp status message.
Should a person be happy with everyone or the difficult task of making everybody happy?
Either of it is wrong and severely compromises the soul of a professional career.

**Intention

Critical thinking and Problem-solving is about the use of logic, often including simple mathematics, to address real-life situations and aid decision making. They are different yet, they are two sides of the same coin.
Decision making
Claims, Assumptions & Value judgements - All three leads to arguments which leads to a complex question of analysing and conclusions. Most conclusions will have reasons coming out of critical thinking and problem-solving. Some conclusions will be based on claims - here too person can apply logical thinking and minimise the possibility of errors. Some conclusions will be based on judgements - with or without logic. Logic cannot be attributed to all the things. Decisions taken could have flaws and fallacies. Logic, flaws and fallacies lead us to person management
Person management
A critical piece - Each person is unique. Loaded with judgements based on certain logic, assumptions and a possibility of error makes it more interesting. A wise man said ‘Every problem has a solution; Every solution has an alternate solution. Any person can find a solution. In a certain field, it might matter who finds the solution first. Not everyone in the world can come first. That’s a different topic. Let's move on. You cannot keep them happy at all times. It’s a multi-dimensional. Don't expect members to understand the boundary you are working in.
In the 25 years of professional career, many times I have been asked to remove persons for want of quality. As an organisation its very important that the members are recycled to the industry and its paramount for growth, personal and professional. Execution is the key. Transparency doesn't remove delusion. Persons have cried, shared their personal problems. Retrenchment is a standard process. I have been asked to slim down the work-force. I have been asked to quit. 'Karma is a bitch', isn't?
Summary
One thing very clear in my mind is Don’t try to make everyone happy or be happy with everyone.It's your life. Live your life. Why should you lose your individuality and try to convince others? Be your own. You are unique and stay with it.
