Driving a car is akin to your life. Practically they are similar.

Early stage

When you start going for driving classes it's akin to going to your primary school. There will always be one ‘guide’ with you, all the time. He’s is responsible for all you action or inactions. You don’t get to venture as freely as you would want to. You are always under the radar. To move you need to clear primary evaluation.

Driving within city - going to school

Lots of options available, frequent stops, changes in routes, plan, speed breakers, uneven roads and other disturbances that stop you from having a smooth drive. Joining driving school is like going to Elementary school. Teachers teach the fundamentals. Develop the core skills here. As you move from Elementary to Primary to High school you move from Learning school to shadow driving with your parents/friends. You drive your friend's car for a short duration and after gaining confidence, drive all by yourself. There will be a lot of changes in the way you approach your life. Some plan the route they want to follow, go with the flow of wind, are ready to take the risk. Whatever the journey be, there are very less chance that it would be smooth. Expect it to be rusty, deviations in the planned route.

Driving in state highways - going to college

Once you move out of high school and move to college, you know how bumpy life is!. There will be a sudden transformation from congested and bumper to bumper traffic to a more free and responsible driving. Some stretches might be narrow, might have traffic coming in opposite direction. Some state highways might take longer to merge into national highways, some might have sudden road maintenance, some might relay the roads. Basically, the ride would be a bumpy ride.

Driving in national highways - Going to work

When you hit the highway you are a beginner to the world of working class, you merge to the traffic slowly, you wait for your opportunity to be accepted with your colleagues. There will be some genuine drivers who give you the way to be merged into the highway. Upon merging you are automatically called into the rat race. Perform or Perish. Drive at the prescribed speed or move to the slow lane. There will be vehicles that overtake you or vice versa. You might encounter some rash colleagues /managers/drivers. Expect to have accidents. There will be toll plaza are frequent intervals to stop the flow your work. Most of the members before starting the journey will have a clear path or route they want to embark. Some change it mid-way. Few don’t reach the desired or intended destination.

Driving and Academics

Driving requires considerable thought and research on academics, especially mathematics. While driving you know your speed, but your mathematical knowledge is used to calculate the speed of vehicle leading you, adjacent to you and space available between. You decide if you need to accelerate or decelerate or apply brake before you attempt to overtake the vehicle.

Conclusion

Individuals contribute significantly to medical fraternity and to other fellow human beings, some make it comparitavely soft by donating blood, few contribute by donating organs. Never curse or show your anger to fellow drivers who drive rashly. They are doing good things to society - They are organ donors.
